Return and Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is our priority and so we offer return of unopened/sealed products within 5 days of the delivery. However, we cannot offer return for the products with tampered MRP, batch number, and/or manufacturing date. 

After approving the product and packaging condition, we will initiate your refund and you will receive it within 15-17 business days.

Payment Policy

We currently accept all payment methods except COD. We accept Visa, Master Card & Credit Cards. Payment wallets are also integrated.

Please keep in mind that when you use your Visa or Mastercard to make an online purchase, you will be asked to enter your 16-digit card number, card expiry date, and a 3-digit CVV number (found on the back of your card).

  • Transaction Ref Number 
  • Registered Email ID and 
  • Phone Number from which the order was placed 
  • Transaction Date and Time
